It is really really windy in Baltimore today.
This wind is no joke and has caused serious damage and even deaths.
While there are certainly some storms you can't be prepared for, thinking about wind storms reminded me of a story I heard a long time ago about a farm-hand who said he could sleep when the wind blows. With a little bit of internet searching, I found a version of it here:
I think I could do a bit better at being prepared for whatever life blows my way. I often cut things too close, take too many risks, or just don't have enough margins for any errors. Living this way certainly makes it harder to sleep when the wind blows.
