A year ago I set a goal to get in better shape.
At my heaviest two and a half years ago I was over 237 lbs. A year ago I was at 229 lbs. I set the goal at the start of the year to get below 185 lbs. Today, I logged in just under 183 lbs. It was a lot of work but certainly feels good to have made my goal and successfully dropped 20% . . .
